We offer a number of delegates’ packages allowing you to tailor the day specifically to your requirements. From a half day board meeting to an overnight conference, our excellent facilities ensure The Gables is one of the best conference venues in Gretna. We are able to offer different sized function rooms dependant upon your needs.

Our Function Rooms Gretna

The Gables Hotel & Restaurant has four flexible function suites, allowing us to accommodate a small private function, informal meeting, or larger theatre style conferences. Whether you need to arrange a board meeting, a product launch, a team building event or a formal presentation, the excellent facilities at The Gables will ensure that your day runs smoothly, leaving you to concentrate on your business.

THE GALLOWAY SUITE

The Galloway Suite can accommodate up to 96 guests in a theatre setting. The room opens up to our hotel gardens and terraced area and has its own private bar if required.

THE BORDERS

The Borders can be transformed in to a very spacious meeting room during the day. It will comfortably accommodate up to 40 delegates in various set up requirements.

THE GARDEN ROOM

The Garden Room is a light and sunny room looking out onto the hotel gardens and can hold up to 32 delegates in a formal environment. It is adjacent to our Dovetail Room and also has a door leading out to our hotel gardens and terraced areas. Perfect for Summer lunch and coffee breaks in the sun.

THE DOVETAIL SUITE

The Dovetail Suite is the perfect venue for smaller meetings of up to 20 delegates. It is adjacent to the Garden Room which is perfect if two meeting rooms are required next to each other. It can be arranged in a formal or informal setting.
