Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions detailed below apply to all bookings whether made via our website, online, over the telephone or in person.  Any promotional special offers or short breaks may have additional T&Cs so please see the relevant details for that booking.

All rates offered are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking should the need arise.

All prices are subject to change without notice.  All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing current rate. Once booked your price is guaranteed at that rate regardless of whether the price changes.

All prices are based on two people sharing a standard double room.

Rates may not be available during major events or conferences.  

Minimal length of stay may apply at certain times.

We have a selection of dog-friendly rooms and accept dogs BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT ONLY at a cost of £15 per dog per night.  Guests are required to sign a Pet Agreement on arrival.

Free parking is available at the hotel.

Check-in is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival and we request that you vacate your room by 11 am on the day of departure.

To book over the telephone please call us on 01461 338300 or you can book online through this website.  You will be required to guarantee your booking with a valid debit or credit card.  When booking online you will need to accept the terms & conditions as provided by our booking provider Staah – you will be prompted to do this before your booking is accepted.

Event Bookings:  Please note, event bookings will be subject to a deposit of the first night, which is refundable up until 28 days prior to arrival; at which point, we then require full payment of the booking, final numbers, and a rooming list.

A valid credit or debit card must be provided at the time of booking. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking value will be charged to your card at the time of booking with the remaining balance payable on check in to the hotel. We reserve the right to take full payment from this card in the event of a non arrival.

Cancellation All cancellations must be received in writing, by e-mail or fax. If you do not receive confirmation of cancellation within 7 days of cancelling, please contact the hotel.

Any deposits paid are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 48 hrs before arrival will be liable to full payment.

Advanced Booking rates are prepaid at booking and are NON REFUNDABLE!

Any special member rate offers – where full payment has been made for an agreed member rate offer, for eg travel zoo offers – any monies paid will be retained in full by the hotel, if a cancellation is made.
Payment A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking value will be charged to your card at the time of booking with the remaining balance payable on check in to the hotel.

Bookings made less than 7 days prior to arrival will have the full value charged to your card at the time of booking.

If you have any comment regarding your stay with us should be made to the Duty Manager at reception so we are able to resolve any issues or pass on your comments to our colleagues.
